PA Partners

The following organizations serve on the
Pennsylvania SRTS Academy Advisory Team:

• American Heart Association
  Driven by the single purpose of building healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
  
  
• PA Department of Conservation & Natural Resources
  Preserves the 116 state parks and manages the 2.1 million acres of state forest land. Establishes community conservation partnerships with grants and technical assistance to benefit rivers, trails, greenways, local parks and recreation, regional heritage parks, open space and natural areas.
  
  
• PA Department of Health
  Works with public and private partners in Pennsylvania communities to facilitate the development of an effective public health system that promotes the optimal health of its citizens while reducing the need for healthcare.
  
  
• PA School Business Officials
  An organization of more than 3,000 members hired by public or private schools in Pennsylvania to provide products or services for school management.
  
  
• PA State Association of Township Supervisors
  Works to preserve and strengthen township governments and to secure greater visibility and involvement for townships in the state and federal political arenas.
  
  
• PennDot
  Responsible for the integration of programs and policies for all transportation modes. PennDOT’s direct responsibilities include the maintenance, restoration and expansion of the state-owned system of 40,500 miles of highways and 25,000 bridges.
  
  
• Safe Kids Pennsylvania
  Promotes the prevention of childhood injuries in Pennsylvania through education, collaboration and advocacy.
